Rates for kids
Under 3 years of age: EUR 10 per day in a baby cot
3 – 8 years: 50% discounts in a 3rd and 4th bed in the same room
8 – 12 years: 30% discounts in a 3rd and 4th bed in the same room
From 12 years: 10% discounts in a 3rd and 4th bed in the same room
All rates are per person per day.

Specials for families
One person accompanied by a child up to 12 years old: -30% for the child in a double bedroom.
We also offer a discount for separate rooms in our family suites: – 20% for children/youngsters up to 12 years old (with a minimum number of 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old per suite).

Short stays
Short stays on weekends can only be booked short-term depending on availability. A surcharge of EUR 15,00 per person per day applies for short stays of less than 3 nights on weekends and during the high season.

Rooms
Your rooms are available from 3 pm on arrival day, and until 11 am on check-out day.

Half-board & full board
Meals that are not consumed will be credited to you (EUR 7,00) if cancelled in advance.
Please note that the half board arrangement is only available for stays of minimum 2 nights, however, our à la carte restaurant is always available.

Christmas & New Year
Minimum stays during peak seasons: 7 nights during Christmas and New Year
period  from 23/12/2011 until 09/01/2012). Special Christmas rates are available for minimum stays of 7 nights (latest arrival day: 26/12/2011).
Surcharge for New Year’s celebrations with gala dinner and live music: EUR 55,00 per person (obligatory for half-board and full board deals)

Business travelers
We offer special conditions for business travelers, however, please note that those do not apply during peak season and on weekends.

Pets
Pets are welcome at the hotel (please book in advance and bring your own blanket and basket). A surcharge of EUR 8 applies (food not included), as well as an additional EUR 15 for final cleaning. Please note that no pets are permitted in the Kaiser Franz Joseph suite.

Car park
Free parking space is available in the underground car park.

Double rooms used as single
A surcharge of 50% of the listed room rates applied for double rooms for single use.

• Cancellation policy according to art. 1382
  Please note that according to Italian law the following cancellation conditions apply:
  Cancellations made until 3 months prior to arrival day are free of charge.
  Cancellations made until 1 month prior to arrival day:
  30% of the agreed rate
  Cancellations made until 1 week prior to arrival day:
  60% of the agreed rate
  Cancellations made less than 8 days prior to arrival day:
  80% of the agreed rate
  In case of non-arrival or delayed arrival, 90% of the agreed rate is charged. For further information read the following document.

Booking confirmation
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellations. Deposits may be made via online bank transfer on our website or via traditional bank transfer.

Payment
Since 06/12/2011 it is in Italy by law no. 201/2011 no longer permitted to pay amounts exceeding Euro 999.99 in cash. However, the following payment methods are allowed: debit cards, credit cards, non-transferable cheques, bank transfers.

Trip insurance

We suggest you take out a travel cancellation insurance policy to avoid cancellation penalties for cancellations /delayed arrival due to illness or other well-grounded reasons. The travel cancellation insurance policy forms can be requested when booking your hotel stay with us.
