ASSISTANT TO THE MANAGEMENT KRONPLATZ HOTELS (M/F/D)
Active co-responsibility in the operational management of Hotel & Restaurant ANDER in Brunico, with a focus on hosting, F&B and cross-departmental coordination.
The aim is a continuous collaboration with a medium- to long-term development perspective within the Kronplatz hotel group.
MAIN TASKS
Overseeing day-to-day operations in close cooperation with Management
Being present as a host with a full overview and the ability to make decisions
Ensuring standards, service quality and efficient workflows
Shared responsibility for the further development and positioning of the property
Taking on and implementing selected special projects
PROFILE
Education in hospitality/catering or a comparable professional background
Strong F&B competence and hands-on operational experience (hotel, gastronomy)
Leadership ambition and entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication skills and confident, professional appearance
Performance orientation, sense of responsibility and reliability
